Need urgent access to your regular medication while abroad or away from home, or have you run out of your repeat medication and struggling to get an appointment with your GP for a new prescription?

Our Emergency Supply Service allows UK & non-UK residents to request a short-term supply of previously prescribed medicine - quickly, securely, and with an opportunity to speak to one of our clinicians if needed..

What This Service Offers

• ⚕️ Consultation with a clinician

  Our UK qualified clinical team will review your medication request.

• 📄 Upload your previous prescription

  Upload a copy of your repeat prescription or evidence of previous medication usage is required. Any language is fine.

• 💳 One time consultation fee of Starting from £20

  You pay the consultation fee when you submit your request. If our clinical team can't approve it, you'll get a full refund. (Please note: medication cost is not included.)

  If you request more than one medication, an additional £5 will be charged per medication.

  Cost may vary based on the pharmacy you are registered with.
